（前頁より続く）入払いの次第を控え書き留め、（過不足を）皆ともの方へ申し出るよう。もちろん、こちら（江戸）の儀は皆ともに交代する儀であるから、年中の入払いの過不足等が十分に把握できるようにしておかなければならない。よって、この点については、大事小事を問わず、御勘定頭・理右衛門・三蔵の間で申し談じて取り計らうよう。もっとも、御用所・御用部屋の儀はお役目もある儀であるから、御用の妨げにならぬよう、御勘定頭が御用所・御用部屋へも罷り越して申し談ずるよう、申し聞かされた件。」
一 同十午年（文政十年）正月、夫丸の仕方につき、削減すべき点もあろうとのことで、内村三蔵と申し合わせ、折々、人割方へ罷り出て吟味するよう仰せ付けられ、両人申し合わせて人割方へ罷り出て、削減の取り計らいをした件。
一 同年十二月、精出して相勤め、臨時の勤めも勤労したことにつき、これまでの御役料のうち、一石・二人扶持の御加増を御直に下し置かれた件。

(Continued from previous page) ...the details of receipts and disbursements shall be recorded in a memorandum book, and any discrepancies shall be reported to all rotating staff members. Naturally, since personnel here in Edo rotate on a revolving basis, it is imperative that annual receipts, disbursements, and discrepancies be made fully comprehensible [to incoming staff]. Regarding this matter, therefore, whether large or small, all issues shall be discussed and managed jointly among the 御勘定頭 (chief accounting officer), Riemon, and Sanzō. However, given that the 御用所 and 御用部屋 also have their own official duties, in order to avoid interference with those duties, the 御勘定頭 shall also make visits to the 御用所 and 御用部屋 to consult with them. This was the message conveyed.
One entry: In the first month of the tenth year of Bunsei [1827], the year of the Horse (午年):
As there were likely areas where reductions could be made regarding the management of the 夫丸 (laborers/porters), he was ordered to consult with Uchimura Sanzō and periodically present himself at the 人割方 (labor allocation office) to conduct inspections. The two men conferred and presented themselves at the 人割方 to carry out the necessary reductions.

Having diligently performed his duties and also rendered service in temporary assignments, he was directly granted an increase (御加増) of one koku and stipend for two persons (二人扶持) added to his existing official stipend (御役料).
