（前頁より続く）御使者をも相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件。
一 同年三月晦日に江戸を出発し、四月二日に日光山へ到着、同三日に南昭院へ掛け合い、宿坊・妙道院の座向きを請け取り、諸役詰所の座割り、ならびに同所入用の諸道具の出来具合等について、その筋の御役人へ申し談じて取り計らい、右を請け取った段を御本坊ならびに御目代へ御届けし、御使者を相勤めた件。
一 同月、日光において田中三郎兵衛方にて、御宮への御代拝が相済んだことにつき、右の御届けを御聞番の願いをもって松平伊豆守様へ御使者を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、右の御使を相勤めた件。
一 同月、火の番の御用が相済んだことにつき、修学院権僧正ならびに大楽院・龍光院・浄土院・楞伽院、右五ヶ寺へ御聞番勤めの願いをもって御進物の御使を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、相勤めた件。

One entry: On the last day of the third month of the same year, he departed Edo, arriving at Mount Nikkō on the second day of the fourth month. On the third day, he negotiated with Nanshōin (南昭院), took receipt of the seating arrangements at the lodging temple Myōdōin (妙道院), consulted with the relevant officials regarding the seating allocation (座割り) of the various duty stations and the readiness of the necessary equipment and furnishings for the same location, managed matters accordingly, and reported the receipt of the above to the main temple (御本坊) and the Deputy Inspector (御目代). He duly served as official envoy in this matter.
One entry: In the same month, upon completion of the proxy worship (御代拝) at the shrine at Nikkō, at the residence of Tanaka Saburōbei (田中三郎兵衛), he was ordered, upon the petition of the 御聞番 (liaison officer), to serve as envoy to Lord Matsudaira Izu-no-kami (松平伊豆守) to report this, and he duly fulfilled said mission.
One entry: In the same month, upon completion of the fire-watch duty, he was ordered, upon the petition of the 御聞番, to serve as the envoy for the delivery of gifts (御進物) to the following five temples: Shūgakuin Gon-Sōjō (修学院権僧正), Dairakuin (大楽院), Ryūkōin (龍光院), Jōdoin (浄土院), and Ryōgain (楞伽院). He duly fulfilled said assignment.
