現代語訳

一、五十石を与えられ、召し出されて検地役人を仰せ付けられた。

一、正保二年（1645）酉年、新田五十石を開発したことにより、合わせて百石に加増された。

一、慶安元年（1648）酉年【子年の間違いか】九月、御代官を仰せ付けられた。

一、万治元年（1658）戌年秋、願いの通り、息子・六太夫が御番代を仰せ付けられた。

一、貞享元年（1684）子年四月二十五日、八十五歳にて病死。法名：誠誉祐心居士。

One entry: He was granted fifty koku, summoned into service, and appointed as a land survey official (kenchi yakunin).

One entry: In the year Shōhō 2 (1645), the Year of the Rooster, as he had developed fifty koku of new farmland (shinden), he was granted an increase bringing his total stipend to one hundred koku.

One entry: In the year Keian 1 (1648), the Year of the Rooster [possibly an error for the Year of the Rat], in the ninth month, he was appointed as a daikan (local magistrate/land steward).

One entry: In the autumn of Manji 1 (1658), the Year of the Dog, as he had requested, his son Rokudayū was appointed as his replacement in guard duty (obandai).

One entry: On the twenty-fifth day of the fourth month of Jōkyō 1 (1684), the Year of the Rat, he died of illness at the age of eighty-five. Posthumous Buddhist name (hōmyō): Seiyо Yūshin Koji.
