現代語訳
妻：堀内作右衛門盛利の娘
一、万治元年（1658）戌年、親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、さらに検地役人も引き続き勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同三年（1660）子年九月、親の願いの通り、開発した五十石が御蔵米渡しとして下された。
一、延宝七年（1679）未年十一月、郷中間差引役を兼務するよう仰せ付けられた。
一、貞享元年（1684）子年七月、跡式として知行百石を相違なく下し置かれ、これまで通り検地役人ならびに郷中間差引役を勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同四年（1687）卯年七月、小役・御納戸役を仰せ付けられた。
一、宝永二年（1705）酉年閏四月、外様組付御代官を兼務するよう仰せ付けられ、簗瀬三左衛門組に入った。

One entry: In Manji 1 (1658), the Year of the Dog, in accordance with his father's petition, he was appointed as a replacement in guard duty (obandai), and was further ordered to continue serving as a land survey official (kenchi yakunin).
One entry: In the ninth month of the same third year (1660), the Year of the Rat, in accordance with his father's petition, fifty koku of newly developed land was granted to him in the form of gokuramoto-washi (rice disbursed directly from the domain's storehouses).
One entry: In the eleventh month of Enpō 7 (1679), the Year of the Sheep, he was appointed to additionally serve concurrently as a gōchūma-sashihiki-yaku (rural district accounting/settlement officer).
One entry: In the seventh month of Jōkyō 1 (1684), the Year of the Rat, he was granted his inherited stipend (atoshiki) of one hundred koku without dispute, and was ordered to continue serving as before in both his roles as land survey official and rural district accounting officer.
