罷帰候事
一 延宝五巳年閏十二月五石壱人
扶持御加増被下置候事
一 貞享三寅年九月是迄之御擬作
御知行百石ニ御直被下置候事

現代語訳
猪苗代へ御供をし、御葬儀の後、
罷り帰った。
一 延宝五年（巳年）閏十二月、五石一人扶持の
御加増を下し置かれた。
一 貞享三年（寅年）九月、これまでの御擬作
（仮知行）を、御知行百石に改めて下し置かれた。
一 同四年（卯年）四月、御上京あそばされた
節、御人指（指名）をもって御供を仰せ付けられた。
一 元禄三年（午年）九月、眼力が衰え、細字
および御判形等が支障をきたすようになったため、
江戸表にて御役儀を御訴訟（辞退の申し出）
申し上げたところ、眼力の入り用な義務は
仲間へ譲り、それでも勤め続けるよう
仰せ付けられた。
一 同六年（酉年）七月、御次番を
仰せ付けられた。
一 同七年（戌年）三月、
願いの通り御役儀を御免じ下され、外様組付を
仰せ付けられ、篠田半左衛門組に入り、
御城御番を勤めた。

One entry: In the intercalary 12th month of Enpō 5 (1677, the Year of the Snake), [he] was granted an additional stipend of 5 koku and 1 person's rations.
One entry: In the 9th month of Jōkyō 3 (1686, the Year of the Tiger), his previous provisional stipend (gigi-saku) was formally converted to a regular stipend (go-chigyō) of 100 koku.
One entry: In the 4th month of the 4th year of the same era (Jōkyō 4, 1687, the Year of the Rabbit), upon [His Lordship's] journey to Kyoto, [he] was specially nominated and ordered to serve as an escort.
One entry: In the 9th month of Genroku 3 (1690, the Year of the Horse), as his eyesight had weakened and he was no longer able to manage fine writing or the verification of official seals and documents, he petitioned to be relieved of his duties while in Edo. He was ordered, however, to continue serving, delegating duties that required sharp eyesight to his colleagues.
One entry: In the 7th month of the 6th year of the same era (Genroku 6, 1693, the Year of the Rooster), [he] was appointed to the position of o-tsugiban (alternate duty officer).

As requested, [he] was relieved of his official duties and assigned to the tozama-gumi (outer retainer group), placed under the command of Shinoda Hanzaemon's unit, and took up castle guard duty.
