（前頁より続き）簗瀬三左衛門が若年寄を仰せ付けられたため、跡の御役は日向三郎右衛門組となった。
一、同四年（1707）亥年五月、病気につき願いの通り御代官兼務を御免下された。
一、同年八月、願いの通り忰・幾右衛門に御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一、正徳二年（1712）辰年三月晦日、病死。法名：幽誉寿玄信士。導師は同上。葬所：大窪山。

One entry: On the last day of the third month of Shōtoku 2 (1712), the Year of the Dragon, he died of illness. Posthumous Buddhist name (hōmyō): Yūyo Jugen Shinji. Officiating monk (dōshi): same as above. Place of burial: Ōkuboyama.
