一、（前頁より続き）病状が急に快癒しがたい状況につき、願い通り小普請を仰せ付けられた件。
一、正徳三巳年（1713年）八月、願いの通り、倅（息子）の右門に番代を仰せ付けられた件。
一、同四午年（1714年）六月八日、七十六歳にて病死。法名：真浄院法順。葬所：法紹山浄光寺。没後、儒礼をもって諡名を「謐」と改め、子屋惣左衛門重章と称す。

One item: On the 8th day of the 6th month of Shōtoku 4 (1714), he died of illness at the age of seventy-six. Posthumous Buddhist name (*hōmyō*): Shinjōin Hōjun. Place of burial: Hōshōzan Jōkōji temple. After death, following Confucian funeral rites, his posthumous honorific name (*shigō*) was revised to "Hitsu," and he is recorded as Koya Sōzaemon Shigefumi.
