塗三方出之給仕戻子肩衣茶多葉
粉積菓子出之給仕羽織
一被帰候節は出迎候処迄は送之
一被帰候以後相番中え徒士使に而右為礼御越
可被成候は山里迄御出被下候様申遣ス
一相揃為礼御城代え同道に而罷越着服戻子

前日届使者御城代え差出候上猶又御申

塗り三方を出し、給仕は戻子肩衣を着て茶と多葉粉（たばこ）を、
菓子を積んで出し、給仕は羽織を着る
一 お帰りの際は、出迎えした所まで見送りをする
一 お帰りになった後、相番中へ徒士を使いとして、その礼のため
お越しいただくか、山里まで出向いていただくよう申し遣わす
一 相揃って礼のため御城代へ同道で出向く時の着服は戻子

来た場合は、諸事弁当等を取り計らう事
一 弁当番から大番頭衆へ「拙者共も同道いたします」という旨で、
前日に届けの使者を御城代へ差し出した上で、さらに申し
聞かせていただき、その上でこちらからも届けを申し上げる旨、また
何時頃出宅するか、ならびに同道する組頭衆の
姓名・巡見場所を書付で差し越しいただくよう、連名で
手紙をもって申し遣わす事

Also, send a joint letter requesting information about what time departure will be, as well as a written list of the names of accompanying group leaders and inspection locations

1. The master wears haori coat and hakama; for nearby locations the retinue follows usual practice, for distant locations the retinue uses momohiki (close-fitting trousers). Regarding the attire of retainers and physicians, consult with the head guards each time
