現代語訳

先父（孫左衛門）が死去し、第二子の関金之丞がその家を継いだが、多病にして早世した。村田玄蕃の子・中務継武も早死にして子がなかった。伊達肥前村興の二子・久之助がその遺跡（家禄・家督）を継いだ。享保元年（1716年）、久之助が伊達氏に帰参したため、故・大町主計の二子が家督となり、今の殿様（太守）にお仕え申し上げている。

After their late father (Magozaemon) died, the second son Seki Kinnosuke inherited the household, but he was frequently ill and died young. Murata Gemba's son, Nakatsukasa Tsugutake, also died early and left no heirs. The second son of Date Hizen Murao, Hisanosuke, inherited the vacant position (stipend and headship of the family). In the first year of Kyōhō (1716), when Hisanosuke returned to the Date clan, the second son of the late Ōmachi Kazue became head of the household and has served the current lord (Taishu) to this day.
