正良の祖父飯沼十郎右衛門正休は飛騨国金森家に仕えていたが、秀康公の御代に召し出され、その子源左衛門、その子十郎右衛門まで御奉公した。右三代目十郎右衛門は御暇を下され、本家は断絶した。正良は十郎右衛門正休の子供のうちを飛州で宇都宮兵部という者の方へ養子に遣わし、宇都宮四郎左衛門という者の三男である。故に正休の孫にあたるが、幼少より正休が引き取り養育していたところ、光通公が御部屋住の内より召し仕えた。

Summoned during Lord Mitsumichi's time as heir apparent《year unknown》
●Iinuma Kanbē Masayoshi《original province unknown, birthplace Hida｜family name unknown》
Masayoshi's grandfather Iinuma Jūrōemon Masayasu had served the Kanamori family in Hida Province, but was summoned during Lord Hideyasu's reign. His son Genzaemon and his son Jūrōemon served in succession. This third-generation Jūrōemon was granted leave, and the main family line was extinguished. Masayoshi was among the children of Jūrōemon Masayasu who had been sent as an adopted child to one Utsunomiya Hyōbu in Hida Province, and was the third son of one called Utsunomiya Shirōzaemon. Therefore, though he was Masayasu's grandson, Masayasu had taken him in and raised him from childhood, and he was summoned into service while Lord Mitsumichi was still heir apparent.
