一同年辰八月三日晩大風
一同年辰八月十日晩ゟ十一日之夕迄大風大
水ニ而川筋作方打崩田畑共ニ半毛も無
之極々之不取実野方も両度之風ニ而
田畑共ニ極々不取実其上近年之凶年
故御百姓潰候者多扨々せわら敷事也
右の通可及達旨ニ候間可有其達事

この二ヶ条については別段の達し（通達）とする件
右の件について伺い申し上げます 以上

一、同年辰年（天保十五年）八月三日夜 大風
一、同年辰年八月十日夜から十一日の夕方まで大風大水により、川筋の耕作地が打ち崩され、田畑ともに半分の収穫もない極めての不作。野方（農村部）も二度の風により田畑ともに極めて不作。その上近年の凶年のため、百姓で潰れる者が多く、まことに困った事態である。
右の通り達すべき旨につき、その達しをすること
七月二十二日 当番 郡代

1. Same year, year of the Dragon, from the evening of August 10th until the evening of August 11th - Due to great wind and flood, the cultivated lands along the rivers were destroyed, and both rice fields and dry fields had less than half their normal yield, resulting in extremely poor harvest. The rural areas (nogata) also suffered from two windstorms, causing extremely poor harvests in both rice fields and dry fields. Moreover, due to consecutive years of poor harvests, many peasants have gone bankrupt - truly a distressing situation.
The above matters should be communicated as instructed.
