中務大輔様、山本様が焼けて、高井様が焼ける。黒川様は半焼で止まる。この辺りで焼けなかった家は大半が潰れる。小石川御門より西は少し損じ申し候。
《箱：十三》飯田町辺り、まな板橋、九段坂辺りは崩れ少し。番町小路には良く見届け候えども多分の事なし。麹町大通り少々傷み、平川町、隼町、山元町、谷町辺りの低い所は少し傷み多し。
《箱：十四》四ツ谷御門外、伝馬町通り、大木戸辺りまで所々潰れ候家相見え、内藤新宿なる子町辺りまで多分の事なし。もっとも玉川上水万年樋石垣損じ、水溢るる。天王横町より鮫ヶ橋辺り損じ多し。青山善光寺前通り大いに損じ、道玄坂町、渋谷小沢、相ヶ谷、下目黒辺りまで少し傷む。また長者ヶ丸、笄橋辺り少し、日ヶ窪、龍土辺りみな少しずつ所々に見えたり。麻布は一円崩れ少し、広尾、白金、目黒辺りいずれも少々ずつ崩れ所あり。
《箱：十五》本郷湯島辺りは少しずつ崩れ候所は諸所相見え申し候えども格別の事なく、もっとも麹室崩れて損亡おびただし。小石川方面は菊坂下、田町は崩れ多し。
《箱：十六》駒込千駄木辺りは諸々少しずつ崩れ、白山下より指ヶ谷町下、富坂町は崩れ多く、巣鴨、染井辺り崩れ少なし。王子、板橋辺りまで少し崩れあり。
《箱：十七》小石川御門外は水戸藩御屋敷、百軒長屋向かい側御屋敷残らず崩れ、五六軒焼ける。牛天神下、諏訪町より安藤坂辺りすべて崩れ多し。龍慶橋、松平讃岐守様御屋敷焼ける。それより伝通院前通り崩れ少なく、裏門通り崩れ多し。小日向水道町、関口青羽は崩れ所々候相見え、目白、椎名町はさわり

Lord Nakatsukasa-taiyu and Lord Yamamoto were burned, and Lord Takai burned as well. Lord Kurokawa's residence was half-burned and stopped there. In this area, most of the houses that did not burn collapsed. West of Koishikawa Gate suffered some damage.
《Box 13》Around Iida-machi, Manaita-bashi bridge, and Kudan-zaka slope had minor collapses. Though carefully inspected, Bancho alleys showed no major incidents. Koji-machi main street suffered some damage, and low-lying areas around Hirakawa-cho, Hayabusa-cho, Yamamoto-cho, and Tani-cho suffered considerable damage.
《Box 14》Outside Yotsuya Gate, along Temma-cho street to the Okido checkpoint area, houses could be seen collapsed in various places, but there were no major incidents up to the Kocho area in Naito-Shinjuku. However, the stone walls of the Tamagawa aqueduct's Mannen-hi were damaged and water overflowed. From Tenno-yokocho to the Samegahashi area suffered much damage. The street in front of Aoyama Zenkoji temple was severely damaged, and areas from Dogen-zaka, Shibuya Kozawa, Aikegaya, to Shimomeguro suffered minor damage. Chojamaru and Kogai-bashi areas were slightly affected, and Higakubo and Ryudo areas all showed minor damage scattered throughout. Azabu had minor collapses throughout, and Hiroo, Shirogane, and Meguro areas all had some collapsed locations.
《Box 15》In the Hongo-Yushima area, places with minor collapses could be seen in various locations, but nothing particularly serious occurred. However, sake fermentation rooms collapsed with tremendous damage. On the Koishikawa side, areas below Kikusaka and Tamachi had many collapses.
《Box 16》In the Komagome-Sendagi area, various places had minor collapses. From below Hakusan to below Sashigaya-cho and Tomisaka-cho had many collapses, while Sugamo and Somei areas had few collapses. There were minor collapses up to the Oji and Itabashi areas.
《Box 17》Outside Koishikawa Gate, at the Mito domain residence, the hundred-unit barracks and the mansion opposite completely collapsed, with five or six units burned. From below Ushi-tenjin, Suwa-cho to the Ando-zaka area, everything had many collapses. At Ryukei-bashi, Lord Matsudaira Sanuki-no-kami's mansion burned. From there, the street in front of Dentsuin temple had few collapses, but the back gate street had many collapses. Kohinata Suido-cho and Sekiguchi Aoba had collapses visible in various places, and Mejiro and Shiina-cho were affected...
