*Tei*-no-shin [personal name, with a correction mark indicating a crossed-out character replaced by 定]: Born on the twentieth day of the eleventh month of Bunsei 5 (1822).
Mother: A daughter of the Hirata clan.
Daughter: Born on the nineteenth day of the first month of Kansei 10, the Year of the Rabbit (1798). Became the wife of Nomura Kenmotsu Toshiyoshi.

One item: In the eleventh month of Bunsei 1, the Year of the Tiger (1818), it was reported that (he) had devoted himself diligently to calligraphy studies (*shogaku*) and had made remarkably greater progress in his skill than would be expected for his age.
