This is an alternate name for Ichikoku Bridge. When one looks around from atop this bridge, one can see:
Tokiwa Bridge
Zenikame Bridge
Dōsan Bridge
Gofuku Bridge
Nihon Bridge
Edo Bridge
Kaji Bridge
All of these are visible.
Including Ichikoku Bridge itself, eight bridges can be seen, which is why it is called Yatsumi Bridge (Eight-View Bridge).
