一 三月二十六日 今度（去る月二十二日）坂井郡丸岡城主本多飛騨守重光殿の領知が召し上げられ、松平壱岐守仲澄殿へお預けとなり、ご嫡子計殿は京極喜内高通殿へお預けになると仰せ出されたことにつき、丸岡騒動の件も予測し難いため、御徒目付並びに組の者等が目立たないよう、あの近辺へ派遣するよう御目付へ月番御家老が申し渡した。
一 同月二十七日 右の件につき、御先物頭熊谷小兵衛正長へ組の者を引き連れて今庄まで出向き、板取二ツ屋御関所の件について念を入れて取り締まるべき旨を月番御家老が申し渡した。
一 四月二日 大和守直矩様がご病気のため御養生として御出府をお願いの上、御在所へご出発なさったところ、御道中にて（下野国錫掛沢）でご容体が重篤になったため、ご嫡子和泉守基知様が看病のためお越しになりたく、また御医師を派遣していただきたく、和泉守様からお願いなさったところ、お願いの通り仰せ出されたため、右の御礼として御用番へ御使者をお出しになった。
一 同月十日 監物様がお供をして御側御用人柳沢出羽守保明殿へお出かけになり、御講談をお聞きになることをお願い申し上げた。
一 同月十四日 上使として御老中大久保加賀守忠朝殿をもって御国許への御暇が仰せ出され、例の通り白金の御袷をご拝領された（上使の御取扱いは例の如し）。その節、追って

March 26th: Regarding the recent order (from the 22nd of last month) that the domain of Honda Hida-no-kami Shigemitsu, lord of Maruoka Castle in Sakai District, be confiscated and placed under the custody of Matsudaira Iki-no-kami Nakazumi, and his eldest son Kazu be placed under the custody of Kyōgoku Kinai Takamichi, as the Maruoka disturbance was unpredictable, the monthly chief retainer instructed the magistrates to dispatch foot inspectors and their subordinates inconspicuously to that vicinity.
1. March 27th: Regarding the above matter, the monthly chief retainer instructed the advanced guard commander Kumagai Kohyōe Masanaga to lead his men to Imajō and strictly control the Itatori Futatsuya checkpoint.

April 2nd: When Yamato-no-kami Naonori departed for his domain after requesting permission to go to Edo for medical treatment due to illness, his condition became critical during the journey (at Suzukakesawa in Shimotsuke Province). His eldest son Izumi-no-kami Mototomo requested to go attend to him and asked for a physician to be dispatched.
