事については追々お申し渡しになる予定である。まずは皆心得として申し聞かせるとのこと。ただし江戸御供の人々ならびに火消に召し寄せられた人々は、当暮は御借りなさらない。以上

一、三月二十二日 御座所において、今度お申し渡しになった御借米の人数の書付を諸月番に相渡し、かつまた簡略の件について、先年お申し渡しになってからは、なお一層粗服を用い、もっぱら木綿着を仕て万事倹約を致すよう、月番御家老松平庄兵衛（正恒）が申し渡した。
覚
一、地方において下される六百石以上 一つ通り上納のこと
一、御代官付きならびに明里蔵出の人々 五百五十石以下 七歩通り上納のこと

March 5th
One, on March 22nd, at the lord's quarters, documents detailing the number of people subject to the rice borrowing announced this time were distributed to the various monthly duty officers. Furthermore, regarding simplification measures, since the previous announcement years ago, even more plain clothing should be used, cotton garments should be worn exclusively, and frugality should be practiced in all matters. This was announced by the monthly duty senior retainer Matsudaira Shobei (Masatsune).

One, For those granted 600 koku or more in rural areas: one standard rate of contribution
