The priest group sets one sacred table on the great platform and withdraws after completing the arrangement. This is for placing ritual offerings and imperial proclamations. Following the usual small circuit, the chief priest takes his seat at the tower gate, while the head priest enters the middle gate and proceeds to the reception hall (possibly the small bureau) to wait, with a brief pause. Next, the chief priest proceeds to the bridge hall, receives the imperial proclamation, enters the middle gate and Chinese-style gate, advances before the deity, places it on the sacred table, performs one bow at the great platform and earthen platform, and takes position at the prayer recitation area.
Next, the Imperial Storehouse Bureau crosses the Keydama Bridge, enters before the middle gate and Chinese-style gate, and places ritual offerings on a stand to the west (around the time the Imperial Storehouse Bureau exits the middle gate). The head priest advances from the reception hall, takes the ritual offerings from the stand (tucking his ritual baton at his waist), advances before the deity and places them on the sacred table (imperial proclamation on the left, ritual offerings on the right). There is indeed one sacred table. After performing one bow at the great platform and earthen platform, the priest receives sacred hollyhock and katsura branches from the deputy minister in the corridor. At this time, he tucks his ritual baton at his waist (the deputy minister is seated during the main shrine prayer recitation, with two bunches of hollyhock and one katsura branch held in round cypress chopsticks). He exits the Chinese-style gate, passes through the middle gate, tower gate, jewel bridge, etc., places them on the stand in the north garden of the bridge hall, takes his ritual baton, performs one bow (stepping back once), and withdraws. During this time, the chief priest recites prayers (during rain ceremonies, the stand is under the north eaves of the bridge hall). Next, the chief priest exits the Chinese-style gate

Passes through the middle gate, tower gate, jewel bridge, etc., and there are purification prayers at the mountain base. After the Konoe messenger completes the responsive hand-clapping, the chief priest takes the hollyhock and katsura from the stand, advances to the bridge hall, offers them to the Konoe messenger, the messenger's attendants insert them as hair ornaments, and the chief priest withdraws from the bridge hall.
Before removing the divine offerings from the main shrine, the assistant officials advance to remove the ritual offerings and return to their original positions.
