一、同十二年（申年）八月、沢井周蔵の弟・源蔵を婿養子にしたい旨、願い出た件。
一、文化五年（辰年）三月、頭（組頭）の小原内記が病死したため、後任の組頭として萱野蔵人組に編入された件。
一、同年六月、願いの通り、息子の源蔵が番代として任命された件。
