有之事
一為過怠籠舎之者評定衆相談之上日数ヲ
定其日限あひすみ候ハヽ籠ゟ出へき事付預り
物長々敷不指置急度遂穿鑿可渡之事
一裏判并召状をうけ遅参之者ハ其所々遠近ヲ
かんかへ日数をつもり軽重ニヨリ或籠舎或ハ
可為過料事
右条々可被相守者也

現代語訳
（前頁より続き）滞りなく進められるようにすること。
一、過怠（罪過）により籠舎（拘留）となった者については、評定衆が相談の上、日数を定め、その期限が満了した場合は拘留から釈放すること。また、預かり物は長々と手元に置かず、速やかに吟味（取り調べ）を遂げた上で返却すること。
一、裏判（承認の裏書き）および召状（召喚状）を受け取りながら遅参した者については、その者の居所の遠近を考慮し、日数を計算した上で、罪の軽重に応じて、籠舎（拘留）または過料（罰金）に処すること。
右の条々を遵守すべきものである。

(Continued from previous page) —so that proceedings may advance without delay.
One: Regarding those who have been confined (rōsha) as a penalty (katai), the council of adjudicators (hyōjōshū) shall deliberate and set a fixed number of days for their confinement; upon the expiration of that term, they shall be released from custody. Furthermore, any items held in custody shall not be retained for an extended period; they shall be promptly investigated and returned without delay.
One: Regarding those who have received an official endorsement (urajihan) or a summons (meshijō) but have appeared late, the distance of their place of residence shall be taken into consideration, the number of days calculated accordingly, and, depending on the gravity of their offense, they shall be subjected to either confinement (rōsha) or a monetary fine (kamoryō).
The articles set forth above are to be strictly observed.
