【右丁】  柳芳軒寄附候也籠笥数 一慶安四年五月 楾(ハンザウ)二ツ三柴吉右衛門奉加内壱ツハ  慶安四五月奉納壱ツハ同五年卯月廿九日奉寄進り  取次 《割書: |此条猶可尋付也》 ○一寛永四丁卯年五月二日競馬冠廿一御冠師森筑後   寄進申也 《割書: |承応元年九月十八日改元》 一慶安五年卯月廿九日競馬階下左右装束二具  依 女院御所拝領申也太刀本猪浅沓ハ俄ノ義故 【左丁】  重而可被下之由仰ニテ此度ハ不出実相院門跡義  尊ノ母三位局取沙汰也 一明暦二年禁裏様ヨリ鞁御寄進也 一同年冠廿一頭御冠師森筑後調進申也  公方御疱瘡之御祈祷ニ上也取次神主松下挙久  《割書:但廿一頭之内一頭ハ取次へ|ヲクル由申間挙久へ渡之》

【右丁】 柳芳軒より寄附された籠笥の数について 一、慶安四年五月、楾(ハンザウ)二つを三柴吉右衛門が奉加した。そのうち一つは慶安四年五月に奉納、一つは同五年卯月二十九日に奉寄進した。取次あり。 《割書:この条についてはなお尋ねるべきことがある》 ○一、寛永四年丁卯年五月二日、競馬冠二十一を御冠師森筑後が寄進申し上げた。 《割書:承応元年九月十八日改元》 一、慶安五年卯月二十九日、競馬階下左右装束二具を女院御所より拝領申し上げた。太刀本、猪、浅沓については急なことであったため、 【左丁】 重ねて下されるとの仰せで、この度は出さなかった。実相院門跡義尊の母三位局が取り沙汰した。 一、明暦二年、禁裏様より鞁を御寄進された。 一、同年、冠二十一頭を御冠師森筑後が調進申し上げた。公方の御疱瘡の御祈祷のために上納した。取次は神主松下挙久。 《割書:ただし二十一頭のうち一頭は取次へ送る由申し間、挙久へ渡した》
