柳芳軒より寄附された籠笥の数について
一、慶安四年五月、楾（ハンザウ）二つを三柴吉右衛門が奉加した。そのうち一つは慶安四年五月に奉納、一つは同五年卯月二十九日に奉寄進した。取次あり。

○一、寛永四年丁卯年五月二日、競馬冠二十一を御冠師森筑後が寄進申し上げた。
