現代語訳
免職を許可され、外様組付を仰せつけられ、三宅孫兵衛
組へ入ることになった。
一 同月、病気のため城の警備を通して
勤めることが困難であるので、小普請料を提出し、ゆっくりと
療養したい旨を願い出て許可された。
一 延享元子年十二月、願いの通り出勤を
仰せつけられ、翌丑正月より城の警備を
勤めることになった。
一 同三寅年八月、願いの通り息子久太郎に
警備代行を仰せつけられた。
一 寛延二巳年十月、息子久太郎が病気で
死亡したため、翌午二月願いの通り小普請を
仰せつけられ、日向三郎右衛門組に組替えを
仰せつけられた。
一 宝暦四戌年五月、願いの通り出勤を
仰せつけられた。
一 同五亥年三月、嫡孫隼人が家督相続を
したい旨を願い出て許可された。
一 同年十月、勤番として江戸へ赴き、
翌子四月に帰国した。

He was granted exemption from his duties and appointed to the gaiyo-gumi (outer group), joining Miyake Magobei's unit.
One In the same month, due to illness, it became difficult for him to serve continuously in castle guard duty, so he submitted a petition requesting small construction allowance (kojushin-ryo) to recuperate slowly, which was granted.
One In the 12th month of Enkyō 1 (1744), year of the rat, as requested, he was ordered to return to active duty, and from the 1st month of the following ox year, he resumed castle guard duty.
One In the 8th month of Enkyō 3 (1746), year of the tiger, as requested, his son Kyūtarō was appointed as his substitute for guard duty.
One In the 10th month of Kan'en 2 (1749), year of the snake, his son Kyūtarō died of illness, so in the 2nd month of the following horse year, as requested, he was appointed to small construction duty (kojushin) and transferred to Hyūga Saburōemon's unit.
One In the 5th month of Hōreki 4 (1754), year of the dog, as requested, he was ordered to return to active duty.
One In the 3rd month of Hōreki 5 (1755), year of the boar, his legitimate grandson Hayato petitioned to inherit the family headship, which was granted.
One In the 10th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for guard duty service, returning in the 4th month of the following rat year.
