先境（せんきやう）の由緒（ゆいしよ）を挙（あけ）此所（このところ）四至（しし）を定（さた）めらる其外（そのほか）数通（すつう）の判形（はんきやう）の
書（しよ）あり其後（そのゝち）天正（てんしやう）十八年 當國（たうこく）御打入（ うちいり）の時（とき）
大神君（たいしんくん）當寺（たうし）に入らせられ御止宿（ ししゆく）ありしにより後（のち）寺領（しりやう）を
賜（たまは）りて朱章（しゆしやう）を添（そへ）らる《割書：江戸寺社領（えとししやりやう）を附（ふ）し給ふ｜朱章（しゆしやう）の始（はしめ）なりといへり》又 寛永（くわんえい）十一年 伊奈（いな）
半左衛門（はんさゑもん）を奉行（ふきやう）として諸堂（しよたう）を営建（えいけん）なさしめ給ひ院主（ゐんしゆ）日延（にちえむ）を
して中興開山（ちゆうこうかいさん）たるへき旨（むね）命（めい）せられ此時（このとき）より紫衣（しえ）を免（ゆる）さる以（もつ）て

現代語訳
【右丁】
先の境界の由緒を挙げて、この場所の四至（境界）を定められた。その他にも数通の判形（花押入りの文書）がある。その後、天正十八年に当国御打入り（徳川家康の関東入国）の時、大神君（徳川家康）が当寺に入られ御宿泊されたことにより、後に寺領を賜り朱印状を添えられた。（江戸の寺社領に朱印状を付与する始まりであったという）また寛永十一年には伊奈半左衛門を奉行として諸堂を営建させ給い、院主日延を中興開山とするべき旨を命じられ、この時より紫衣を許され、永代の規則とした。

東南は大道境、西は田境、北は荒居道を境として堀境とする

右、かの地（この間七八字不分明）南は四波堀境、西は大々道境、北は
塔中境、その内の畑、同じく勢阿弥作畑一段並びに四郎の寄進地
の事、寺家の内にあり。この外、常金可作畑一段、同じく東は海境
南は観音堂垣境、西は大々道境、北は大堀境として、金沢
智光院殿の御菩提並びに南小路雲光の御菩提のため永代これらに
寄進させる所である。然る間、子々孫々に至るまで、この寄進所については異議があってはならない
よって寄附の状は以上の通りである

Citing the precedent of boundary rights, the four boundaries of this place were established. There are also several other documents with official seals. Later, in the 18th year of Tenshō (1590), when the Great Lord (Tokugawa Ieyasu) entered this province, he stayed at this temple, and consequently later granted temple lands and bestowed a vermillion seal document. (This is said to be the beginning of granting vermillion seal documents to temples and shrines in Edo.) Also, in the 11th year of Kan'ei (1634), Ina Hanzaemon was appointed as magistrate to construct various halls, and Abbot Nichien was commanded to serve as the restoration founder. From this time, purple robes were permitted, making this a permanent regulation.
Uesugi Noritaka
Addressed to: Concerning the Shibahara land at the edge of Minami-Shinagawa, Ebara District, Musashi Province
Right, in response to the request for Buddhist land, Hachirō Saburō is permanently appointed. Therefore, the four boundary limits are:
East and south: bordered by the main road; west: bordered by fields; north: bordered by Arai road with moat boundary
Accordingly, bamboo and trees should be planted and maintained. Therefore, this document of appointment is as stated above.

Donation: Concerning Myōkoku-ji temple land in Minami-Shinagawa, Ebara District, Musashi Province
Right, regarding that land (seven or eight characters unclear here), south: bordered by Shiwa moat; west: bordered by the great road; north:
bordered by pagoda precinct. Within that area, fields including Seiami's cultivated field of one tan, along with Shirō's donated land
exists within the temple property. Besides this, Tsunekane's cultivable field of one tan, with east bordered by sea,
south bordered by Kannon Hall fence, west bordered by the great road, north bordered by the great moat, for
the spiritual benefit of Lord Chikōin of Kanazawa and for the spiritual benefit of Unkō of Minamikōji, these are
permanently donated. Therefore, from generation to generation of descendants, there shall be no objection to this donated land.
Accordingly, this document of donation is as stated above.
