【右丁】
一、元文元年（辰年）二月、父・半右衛門が隠居した際、内願の通り分知（分家への知行分与）として百石を与えられ、外様組付として召し出され、三宅孫兵衛組に編入され、御城御番を勤めた。
一、寛保元年（酉年）十一月、御供番を仰せ付けられた。
一、同二年（戌年）九月、勤番として江戸表へ赴き、翌年（亥年）四月、御殿様の御下向の際に御供をして帰国した。
ただし、勤番中は欠席なく精励して勤めた旨、江戸にて仰せ出され、帰国の節も同様に仰せ出された。以後、勤番および御道中御供を仕るたびに、

延享元年（子年）十月、勤番として江戸表へ赴き、同年十一月、正覚院様（藩主の姫君）御入輿の節に御輿寄を勤め、翌年（丑年）四月、御下向の御供をして帰国した。
一、同三年（寅年）三月、御参勤の節、御供として（江戸へ）赴いた後、（先に）帰国した。
寛延元年（辰年）十月、勤番として江戸表へ赴き、翌年（巳年）四月、御下向の節に御供をして帰国した。

One: In the second month of Genbun 1 (Year of the Dragon), when his father Han'emon retired, Nagateru was granted, as per his petition, a bunchi (allotted stipend for a branch family) of 100 koku, was called into service as a member of thetozama-gumi (outer guard unit), assigned to the unit of Miyake Magobei, and performed castle guard duty.
One: In the eleventh month of Kanpō 1 (Year of the Rooster), he was appointed to the otomo-ban (escort guard duty).
One: In the ninth month of the second year of the same era (Year of the Dog), he traveled to Edo for rotating duty (kinban), and in the fourth month of the following year (Year of the Boar), he accompanied the lord on his return journey to the domain.
Note: He was commended in Edo for his diligent and uninterrupted service during his tour of duty, and received similar commendation upon his return. Thereafter, each time he served on kinban duty and accompanied the lord's procession,

he received words of praise and recognition.
In the tenth month of Enkyō 1 (Year of the Rat), he traveled to Edo for kinban duty. In the eleventh month of the same year, he served at the palanquin approach (koshiyori) during the ceremonial entry into marriage (gonyūkō) of Lady Shōgakuin, and in the fourth month of the following year (Year of the Ox), he accompanied the lord on the return journey to the domain.
One: In the third month of the third year of the same era (Year of the Tiger), he traveled to Edo to accompany the lord on the sankin (alternate attendance) procession, then returned to the domain ahead of schedule.
In the tenth month of Kan'en 1 (Year of the Dragon), he traveled to Edo for kinban duty, and in the fourth month of the following year (Year of the Snake), he accompanied the lord on the return journey.
