現代語訳
一、同三年（安永三年・午年）二月、先務の御省略方任役の節、米の売買手形一件の儀につき、御擬作・半給・御役儀ともに召し上げられ、小普請に仰せ付けられた事。
一、同四年（安永四年・未年）十二月、席は検地役人筆頭の次に仰せ付けられた事。
一、同五年（安永五年・申年）三月、七右衛門と改名したい旨の願いが許可された事。
一、同七年（安永七年・戌年）十月、御用所の当座御雇を仰せ付けられた事。
一、同八年（安永八年・亥年）十月、御用所役人を仰せ付けられた事。
一、天明元年（丑年）六月、高遠・最上において召し出された、会津へお供した人々の人別・役名・御擬作ともに取り調べるよう仰せ付けられ、飯笹七郎の次として一同取り調べ、翌（寅）年八月に合計十冊取り調べて差し上げた事。
一、同年十月、不時のご参府につき、立ち帰りのため江戸へ上り、同十一月に下った。

One entry: In the second month of the same 3rd year (Anei 3, Year of the Horse), in connection with an incident involving rice trading certificates (tegata) during his tenure in the austerity measures role (o-shōryaku-kata nin'yaku), his stipend grant (o-gisaku), half-salary (han-kyū), and official duties (o-yakugi) were all revoked, and he was placed in the Kobushin (reserve/inactive) status.
One entry: In the twelfth month of the same 4th year (Anei 4, Year of the Goat), in terms of seniority, he was appointed immediately below the chief of the cadastral survey officials (kenchi yakunin筆頭).
One entry: In the third month of the same 5th year (Anei 5, Year of the Monkey), his petition to change his name to Shichirōemon was granted.
One entry: In the tenth month of the same 7th year (Anei 7, Year of the Dog), he was appointed as a temporary hired official (tōza o-yatoi) of the Goyōsho (Administrative Office).
One entry: In the tenth month of the same 8th year (Anei 8, Year of the Boar), he was appointed as a full official (yakunin) of the Goyōsho.
One entry: In the sixth month of Tenmei 1 (Year of the Ox), he was ordered to investigate the personnel registers (ninbetsu), official titles (yakumei), and stipend grants (o-gisaku) of those who had been summoned at Takato and Mogami and had accompanied the lord to Aizu. Working alongside Iizasa Shichirō and others, they conducted the investigation, and in the eighth month of the following year (Year of the Tiger), submitted a total of ten volumes.
One entry: In the tenth month of the same year, due to an unexpected visit to Edo (府 = the Shogunal capital) by the lord, he traveled up to Edo to accompany the return party, and came back down in the eleventh month of the same year.
