菰茸
『菌史』によると、蛇茸に似ているが
質はやや硬く、充実している。色は黄色と
白色の二種類がある。ある人は味が苦いと言う。
その毒性は蛇茸に比べると
やや軽いという。

According to the "Kinshi," it resembles the hebi-take (snake mushroom),
but its texture is somewhat harder and more solid. There are two
varieties in color: yellow and white. Some say the taste is bitter.
Its toxicity is said to be
