之。又此三種。正付囑用。所以偏釋。餘通非＿レ正。故不＿レ說＿レ之
《割書：云云》。
水抄云。言＿二論唯解三＿一者。八種神變中。餘經通有《返り点：二》五種＿一。非＿レ
勝故不＿レ釋也。又此三種餘經皆無。論家偏解。又此三種。
正是付囑。所以偏釋也。後義爲＿レ勝也，又云。言＿二餘通非正＿一
者。餘五種餘經有。光如《返り点：二》上生。𣵀槃＿一。動地如＿二般若＿一。合蓋
如＿二維摩＿一。變土亦如＿二維摩＿一。非＿二此經中付囑處正要＿一。故不＿レ
說＿レ之《割書：云云》。

これを解釈する。また、この三種は、正に付嘱に用いるものである。そのために偏って釈している。余の五種は通常のものであって正式なものではない。故にこれを説かない。
水抄に云う：「論は唯だ三つを解く」と言うのは、八種神変の中で、余経に通じて五種がある。勝れていないため釈さないのである。またこの三種は余経に皆無い。論家が偏って解くのである。またこの三種は、正にこれ付嘱である。そのために偏って釈すのである。後の義が勝れている。また云う：「余は通常であって正ではない」と言うのは、余の五種は余経にある。光は上生経や涅槃経のようである。動地は般若経のようである。合蓋は維摩経のようである。変土もまた維摩経のようである。この経中の付嘱の処の正要ではない。故にこれを説かない。
一本では次の上論議と齊しくして抄第二十一巻の終わりとする。
以って写本一交を畢える。

【Upper Right Section】
[The commentary] explains this. Moreover, these three kinds are precisely used for entrustment. Therefore they are explained exclusively. The other [five] are common and not proper. Therefore they are not explained.
The Sui-shō states: "The treatise only explains three" means that among the eight kinds of divine transformations, five kinds exist commonly in other sutras. Because they are not superior, they are not commented upon. Moreover, these three kinds are entirely absent from other sutras. The treatise authors exclusively explain them. Moreover, these three kinds are precisely for entrustment. Therefore they are explained exclusively. The latter interpretation is superior. It also states: "The others are common and not proper" means that the other five kinds exist in other sutras. Light is as in the Ascending to Heaven Sutra and Nirvana Sutra. Earth shaking is as in the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra. Covering is as in the Vimalakīrti Sutra. Land transformation is also as in the Vimalakīrti Sutra. They are not the essential points of the entrustment section in this sutra. Therefore they are not explained.
One version makes this equal with the following upper discussion as the end of Commentary Volume 21.
Thus the copying of one version is completed.
