- In the eleventh month of the same year, it was officially announced that he had served diligently as a temporary assistant secretary (*goyūhitsu kariryaku*) during the busy period of the previous autumn.
- In the first month of the fourth year (Year of the Rabbit), he was appointed as a hired document clerk (*goyōsho kakimono oyatoi*) at the administrative office.
- Note: He served until the fifth month of the following Year of the Dragon.
- In the intercalary sixth month of the fifth year (Year of the Dragon), he was appointed to the temporary position of reading instructor (*kudokushi*) at the domain academy (*gakkan*).
- In the third month of the sixth year (Year of the Snake), he was ordered to additionally take on the role of supervisor of the calligraphy study (*shogaku shimari-kata*) at the academy.
