【右丁】 一 同月二十七日、四十五歳にて病死。法名、一心院称誉浄専信士。葬所は同上。 勝吉(勝為)《初めの名は保太郎、また久米五郎》   実父 長井孫太夫俊栄の次男   妻  養父総次郎勝操の娘 一 文化十四(丑)年二月、跡式御知行百石、御相違なく下し置かれ、芸術修行のため、会津勝手二ノ小普請組を仰せ付けられた事。    但し、家内に病人が在之に付き、願いの上、江戸表に罷り在り、新番組御雇を度々相勤めた事。 【左丁】 一 文政二(卯)年六月、武芸に出精し、弓術を相極めたに付き、会津勝手新番組を仰せ付けられた事。 一 同年九月、病気が差し重なり候に付き、安藤市之丞三男市四郎を婿養子に仕(度の旨、願い奉り候、以下次頁へ続く)。

**[Right folio]** - On the twenty-seventh day of the same month, he died of illness at the age of forty-five. His posthumous Buddhist name (*hōmyō*) was Isshin'in Shōyo Jōsen Shinji. His place of burial is the same as previously noted. **Katsuichi (Katsutame)** *(his earlier names were Hotarō and also Kumegoro)* - Natural father: Second son of Nagai Magodayū Toshiei - Wife: Daughter of his adoptive father Sōjirō Katsuosa - In the second month of the fourteenth year of Bunka (Year of the Ox, 1817), he was granted the inherited stipend (*atoshiki gochigyō*) of one hundred *koku* without any discrepancy, and was assigned to the Aizu Katte Ni-no-Kobushinigumi (the second reserve group under the Aizu household management) for the purpose of training in the martial and fine arts. - *Note: As there was a sick person in the household, upon petition, he remained in Edo and repeatedly served as a hired attendant (*oyatoi*) in the Shinbangumi (new guard unit).* **[Left folio]** - In the sixth month of the second year of Bunsei (Year of the Rabbit, 1819), having applied himself diligently to the martial arts and attained mastery in archery (*kyūjutsu*), he was assigned to the Aizu Katte Shinbangumi (new guard unit under the Aizu household management). - In the ninth month of the same year, as his illness had become severe, he submitted a petition requesting that Ichishirō, the third son of Andō Ichinojō, be taken in as his son-in-law and adopted heir (*muko-yōshi*)… *(continued on the next page)*
