村役等御緩め被成追々御仁恵之御改事被 仰出
一 八月朔日愛宕山江 御登御城下 御覧被成此時町人共
臂綿并鳥目若干致献上候処綿者御受被成《割書：以後八朔｜為嘉例》

一 同月五日於江州伊香郡中河内 河内丸様《割書：又国麻呂出羽後称｜出羽守直政領雲州》

一 村役等を緩和され、次第に仁恵による改革を仰せ出された。
一 八月一日、愛宕山に登られ、城下を御覧になった。この時、町人共が腕綿と鳥目（銭）若干を献上したところ、綿は御受け取りになった（以後八朔の嘉例とする）が、鳥目は御返しになった。
一 同月五日、江州伊香郡中河内において河内丸様（また国麻呂、後に出羽と称し、出羽守直政、雲州松江を領する）が御誕生された（御母は喜佐姫様と同じ）。
一 同月上旬、晴朝様、鶴姫様、於万様が結城から越前へお引き移りになった。ただし晴朝様は暫く丹生郡片糟村に仮住居され、その後北庄漆御門向かいに御屋敷が完成してお移りになった。

されることと存じ、飛脚をもって
申し入れ候。定めてその

- Village duties and roles were relaxed, and benevolent reforms were gradually proclaimed.
- On the first day of the eighth month, [Hideyasu] climbed Mount Atago and viewed the castle town. At this time, the townspeople presented arm cotton and some bird-eye coins (money) as offerings. The cotton was accepted (this became an auspicious precedent for Hassaku festivals thereafter), but the money was returned.
- On the fifth day of the same month, at Nakagawachi in Ika District, Ōmi Province, Kawachi-maru-sama (also called Kunimaro, later called Dewa, titled Dewa-no-kami Naomasa, lord of Unshū Matsue) was born (his mother was the same as Kisa-hime-sama).
- In early the same month, Harutomo-sama, Tsuru-hime-sama, and Oman-sama moved from Yuki to Echizen. However, Harutomo-sama temporarily resided in Katagasu village, Nyū District, and later moved to a mansion built facing the Urushi Gate in Kitanoshō.
