一、延享四（卯）年十月、願い出の通り附人の御役を免じられ、吟味所支配の無役に仰せ付けられた件。
一、宝暦三（酉）年十月、山役所の物書（書記）を仰せ付けられた件。
一、明和五（子）年正月、願い出の通り御擬作を召し上げられたところ、長年よく勤めたとのことにより、金二両ずつを毎年下し置かれ、続けられる限り勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件。

一、同七（寅）年四月十四日、七十五歳にて病死。法名・観達院浄心居士。葬所は同上。

Item: In the tenth month of Enkyō 4 (Year of the Rabbit), in accordance with his petition, he was relieved of his duties as an attendant (tsukibito), and was assigned to the position of muryaku (no stipendiary role) under the jurisdiction of the Ginjosho (Investigative Office).
Item: In the tenth month of Hōreki 3 (Year of the Rooster), he was appointed as a scribe (monokaki) at the Yama-yakusho (Mountain Administration Office).
Item: In the first month of Meiwa 5 (Year of the Rat), in accordance with his petition, his gisaku (fictitious/allotted crop yield assessment) stipend was rescinded; however, in recognition of his many years of faithful service, he was granted two ryō of gold annually and was instructed to continue serving for as long as he was able.

Item: On the fourteenth day of the fourth month of Meiwa 7 (Year of the Tiger), he died of illness at the age of seventy-five. Posthumous Buddhist name: Kandatsuin Jōshin Koji. Place of burial: same as above.
