一、明和五年（子年）正月、七石二人扶持を給付され、置山役所の物書（書記）として召し抱えられた件。
一、安永五年（申年）十二月、精励して職務に励んだことにより、年割（加増）を賜った件。
一、天明八年（申年）二月、諸山の悪木払い木（不良木の伐採・処理）の取り計らいを任役として勤め、御囲金（藩の準備金）の確保に貢献し、また元〆方（総括担当部署）の御用につき、たびたび出役して調達・采配などを行い、元〆方の繰り合わせに寄与し、通常の職務以外にも臨時の勤めや身功（功績）もあることにより、別段の理由をもって、重い事柄ではあるが、

独礼を仰せ付けられる旨、仰せ出された件。
一、寛政五年（丑年）五月、御林奉行を仰せ付けられ、席は神料役人の上に置かれ、御用に応じて奉行所へ直達し、惣山御払木の吟味役をも兼務するよう仰せ付けられた件。
一、同年七月五日、六十二歳にて病死。法名：徳信院清功全忠居士。葬所：同上。

- In the 1st month of Meiwa 5 (1768, Year of the Rat), he was granted a stipend of seven *koku* and two *ninsoku* (*futori*) and was engaged as a *monokaki* (clerk/scribe) at the *Okiyama Yakusho* (the Office of Reserved Forests).
- In the 12th month of An'ei 5 (1776, Year of the Monkey), in recognition of his diligent and dedicated service, he was granted an annual increment (year-allotment increase) to his stipend.
- In the 2nd month of Tenmei 8 (1788, Year of the Monkey), as part of his assigned duties, he managed the removal of defective and unwanted timber (*akugi haraki*) from various domain forests, contributed to securing the domain's reserve funds (*okakane*), and additionally, in relation to the duties of the *Motojime-kata* (General Coordinating Office), he repeatedly went on assignment, handling procurement and administrative decisions (*saiban*), and contributed to the financial coordination of the *Motojime-kata*. Beyond his regular duties, he also rendered distinguished ad hoc services and meritorious deeds. On account of these special circumstances, although it was a matter of considerable gravity and weight,

he was granted the honor of *Dokurei* (the privilege of a personal audience with the domain lord), as was officially proclaimed.
- In the 5th month of Kansei 5 (1793, Year of the Ox), he was appointed as *Gobayashi Bugyō* (Magistrate of Domain Forests). His seat (rank) was placed above that of the *Shinryō Yakunin* (officers in charge of shrine stipends/lands). He was further ordered that, when domain business required, he should report directly to the magistrate's office, and that he should concurrently serve as inspector (*gimmiyaku*) for the disposal of timber from all domain forests.
- On the 5th day of the 7th month of the same year, he died of illness at the age of sixty-two. Posthumous Buddhist name: Tokushin-in Seikō Zenchū Koji. Place of burial: Same as above.
