一 同年閏六月、願いの通り息子新十郎の御番代を仰せ付けられた件
一 宝暦二年申年（1752年）六月、息子新十郎が長い病気のため、願いの通り（父が）出勤を仰せ付けられ、御城御番を勤めた件
一 同五年亥年（1755年）正月、年を取り御番を勤めることが困難になったと考え、小普請料を差し上げて御番を退きたい旨を願い出て許可された件
一 同十年辰年（1760年）九月、息子新十郎の病気が全快したため、御番代を仰せ付けていただきたい旨を願い出て許可された件
一 同月五日、六十七歳で病死。法名は覚誉篤心居士、葬所は前記と同じ

- In the leap month of June of the same year, his son Shinjūrō was appointed as his substitute for guard duty as requested.
- In June of Hōreki 2 (1752), because his son Shinjūrō had been ill for a long time, he (the father) was ordered to return to active duty as requested and served castle guard duty.
- In January of Hōreki 5 (1755), considering that he had become aged and found it difficult to perform guard duties, he petitioned to resign from guard duty by submitting the koshugi stipend, and his request was granted.
- In September of Hōreki 10 (1760), because his son Shinjūrō had completely recovered from his illness, he petitioned to have his son appointed as his substitute for guard duty, and this was granted.
- On the 5th day of the same month, he died of illness at age 67. His Buddhist name was Kakuyo Tokushin Koji, and his burial place was the same as mentioned above.
