現代語訳

その節、お供として召し連れられた所、松寿院様の御診察を仰せ付けられ、お目録をもって金二百疋を下し置かれた。

一、同月、この度勤番として参上した所、本務並びに奥御用向等に精を出して相勤めたため、御褒美として内々に綿二把を下し置かれた。

一、同月、春洞院様御婚礼の御祝儀として金二百疋を下し置かれた。

一、同月、御下向につきお供として下向した。

一、同八年（1788）三月、御参府につき立ち帰ってお供として参上し、同四月に下向した。

一、寛政元年（1789）二月、「摂養約言」という養生心得方の書を編集して御用人を通じて差し上げた。

一、同二年（1790）十月、勤番として江戸表へ参上した。

At that time, when he was taken along as an attendant, he was ordered to examine Shoju-in-sama and was granted 200 hiki of gold through an omokuroku (formal list).

1. In the same month, when he came up for duty service (kinban), because he diligently performed his main duties as well as inner palace affairs, he was privately granted two bundles of cotton as a reward.

1. In the same month, he was granted 200 hiki of gold as a congratulatory gift for Shunto-in-sama's wedding.

1. In the same month, he accompanied the lord on his return journey to the domain.

1. In the third month of Tenmei 8 (1788), for the lord's visit to Edo, he returned and went up as an attendant, then came back down in the fourth month of the same year.

1. In the second month of Kansei 1 (1789), he compiled a book on health maintenance methods called "Setsuyo Yakugen" and submitted it through the go-yonin.

1. In the tenth month of Kansei 2 (1790), he went up to Edo for duty service.
