恭定様が御案じあそばされる間、芝御屋敷へ
出向いて御容体を詳しく伺い、他所の医師
たちが参った場合には、意見を相談して御容体を
申し上げるよう、御用人を通じて仰せ付けられた
ため、即刻出向いて拝診し、夜中に泉田祐章が御診察したため詳しく申し談じました
