但陣中壱ケ年金五両之割
を以薬種料被下置候事

下向した。
ただし陣中一ヶ年につき金五両の割合で
薬種料を下賜された。
一 同四子年三月 江戸参府のため御
供として立ち帰り登府したところ、御留めを受け、
上々様の御診察を仰せ付けられ、同四月に
下向した。
ただし登府の度に
上々様のもとへ度々参上し、御酒ならびに御包みの
品々を度々下賜された。
一 同年八月、村本玄碩が薬種株取植
許可の件を申し出たため、意見を御尋ねされた
ところ、詳細に申し上げた通り、安田亭の意見に従い
取り計らい方を任役として仰せ付けられたので、斉藤
玄良と一同でこれを任とし、差配して見込み通りに
取り計らうよう仰せ付けられた。
一 同月、吉川源十郎殿が病気のため服薬
されることになったので、斉藤玄良と一同で旅館へ
出向き、様子を拝診し、服薬の調合をするよう
