一 同五丑年四月為勤番江戸表江罷

春洞院様御機嫌為伺罷出候所御診
被 仰付御吸物御酒被下御鼻紙
三束綿壱把被下置候事

良徳院様御保養筋心を尽陣中
精出相勤候ニ付御内々綿壱把被下置

但陣中前々之通薬種料被下
置候事
一 同六寅年十二月数年精出御保養
筋ニ心を尽相勤其上医術秀廣
致療治弟子をも宜取立候ニ付旁格
別之訳を以御役料三拾石被下置

滞在中に治療を行った。
一 同五丑年四月、勤番のため江戸表へ
登府した。
一 同年十月
春洞院様の御機嫌伺いのため参上したところ、御診察を
仰せ付けられ、御吸物、御酒を下賜され、御鼻紙
三束、綿一把を下賜された。
一 同月
良徳院様の御保養について心を尽くし、陣中で
精勤したため、内々に綿一把を下賜
された。
一 同月下向した。
ただし陣中では前々の通り薬種料を下賜
された。
一 同六寅年十二月、数年間精勤し御保養
について心を尽くして勤め、その上医術に優れ
治療を行い、弟子もよく育成したため、格
別の訳により御役料三十石を下賜される
旨仰せ出された。

One In the fifth year of the Ox (1745), fourth month, he went up
to Edo for regular duty service.
One In the tenth month of the same year,
when he went to pay respects to Shuntō-in-sama, he was ordered
to conduct a medical examination and was granted soup, sake, tissue paper
(three bundles), and cotton (one bundle).
One In the same month,
having devoted himself wholeheartedly to Ryōtoku-in-sama's health care
and worked diligently during his service, he was privately granted one bundle of cotton.
One In the same month he returned to the domain.
However, during his service he was granted
medicine fees as before.
One In the sixth year of the Tiger (1746), twelfth month, having worked diligently
for several years and devoted himself wholeheartedly to health care,
and furthermore having excelled in medical arts, provided treatment,
and properly trained disciples, he was granted
thirty koku as service stipend for these exceptional contributions.
One In the seventh year of the Rabbit (1747), second month,
