現代語訳
正重の子孫は水戸様のお家に奉公していたが、正重の孫である半之右衛門矩通は元禄九年（1696年）四月四日に二十一歳で病死し、嫡子がいなかったため家が断絶した。嫡子の孫右衛門政道は父と同様に鳥居家に奉公し、知行四百石を給わり物頭を務めていたが、寛永十三年（1636年）に左京亮忠恒公が早世し、嫡子がないまま断絶したため浪人となっていた。同年八月に土津様（保科正之）が御入部され、同年九月に先の知行の通りに召し出された。
一、寛永十三年（1636年）九月、出羽国最上において先の知行の通り御知行四百石を下され、召し出されて物頭に仰せ付けられたこと
一、同二十年（1643年）八月、会津へ御所替えの際に御供し、並みの御加増百石を下されたこと
一、慶安四年（1651年）五月、大献院様（徳川家光）御逝去の節、日光御普請の仰せを蒙ったため、出向いて御用を勤めたこと

The descendants of Masashige served the Mito household, but Masashige's grandson, Hannoemon Noritō, died of illness at age twenty-one on the 4th day of the 4th month of Genroku 9 (1696), and since he had no heir, the family line was discontinued. The eldest son, Magoemon Masamichi, served the Torii family like his father, receiving a stipend of 400 koku and serving as a monogashira (military officer). However, when Sakyōnosuke Tadatsune died young in Kan'ei 13 (1636) without an heir and the family was discontinued, he became a masterless samurai. In the 8th month of the same year, Lord Dotsū (Hoshina Masayuki) took control of the domain, and in the 9th month of the same year, he was summoned back with his previous stipend restored.
1. In the 9th month of Kan'ei 13 (1636), at Mogami in Dewa Province, he was granted the same stipend of 400 koku as before, summoned to service, and appointed as monogashira.
2. In the 8th month of Kan'ei 20 (1643), when the lord relocated to Aizu, he accompanied him and was granted a standard increase of 100 koku.
3. In the 5th month of Keian 4 (1651), when Lord Daikōin (Tokugawa Iemitsu) passed away, he was ordered to oversee construction work at Nikkō, so he went there and performed his duties.
