現代語訳

一　承応二巳年五月　右の御用を勤めたことにより、公儀より銀子五枚を下賜された。
　　正保四亥年三月　勤番として江戸表に登り、一陣を勤めて帰った。
　　　ただし、この後度々勤番を勤めたということであるが、年月は詳しくわからない。
　　万治元戌年十月二十五日　病死。法名は生誉道往信士。葬所は盛道山高巌寺。

女子　斎藤清右衛門慶明の妻

孫右衛門政親　初名は源太郎。寛永元子年六月二十六日、最上にて誕生。

　　妻　勝海治右衛門某の女。宝永五子年四月二十日病死。法名は清光院覚誉栄正信女。葬所は同上。

英語訳

One: In the fifth month of Jōō 2 (1653), as a reward for performing the aforementioned duties, he was granted five pieces of silver from the shogunate.
In the third month of Shōhō 4 (1647), he went to Edo as part of his rotation duty (kinban) and served one term before returning.
Note: He reportedly served rotation duty many times after this, but the specific dates are unknown.
On the 25th day of the tenth month of Manji 1 (1658), he died of illness. His posthumous Buddhist name was Shōyo Dōō Shinji. He was buried at Kōganji Temple on Mount Seidō.

　　Wife: Daughter of Katsumi Jihyōemon. Died of illness on the 20th day of the fourth month of Hōei 5 (1708). Posthumous Buddhist name was Seikōin Kakuyo Eishō Shinnyo. Burial site: same as above.
