一位階小折紙之義来十二日ハ葵使出立ニ付見廻等
被参候故例年十一日ニ被罷越候間十一日ニ小折紙相
持候様ニ被申渡候也
一三家遠慮御免之願御許容ニ而今日願書被認明日
出頭之筈也出頭惣代業久保覚也尤願書之案

藤木越前守澄直西池右京権亮季善此節難儀至極
仕候何卒御免之儀御願申上度一社迄相歎申候度々

一、今日雷守の勘定が出された。（割書：この前百一幅が封印されていた。この内二幅ずつ拝領し、二十二幅配当し、残りは七十九幅である。）
一、富俊より雷守一幅、摩利支天一幅が申し出された。（割書：下地の分二十八幅、都合百七幅有り。）
一、季甫より雷守一幅が申し出された。
一、御修理方より銀子二百目を渡すべき旨申し入れがあり、すぐに渡された。
一、馬具修復の件、腹帯三個などである。
一、幕奉行より薄縁の件について説明があった。数量を吟味の上、調達されることになった。奉行は中務と駿河介である。
一、位階小折紙の件について、来る十二日は葵使が出立するため見廻りなどが参られる故、例年十一日に参上されるため、十一日に小折紙を持参するよう申し渡された。
一、三家の遠慮御免の願いが許容され、今日願書が認められ、明日出頭の予定である。出頭総代は久保覚である。もっとも願書の案は保土が認めたものである。以下の通り：

去る戌年三月、遠慮を仰せ付けられた鳥居大路出羽守応平、藤木越前守澄直、西池右京権亮季善、この度は難儀至極いたしております。何卒御免の儀を御願い申し上げたく、一社まで相談申し上げたく、度々御歎き申し上げる儀恐れ多く存じ奉りますが、右の仕合でございますので、御憐愍の御沙汰をもって御免成し下されば、一社一統ありがたく存じ奉ります。以上

In the third month of the previous year of the Dog, abstinence was ordered for Torii Oji Dewa-no-kami Masahira, Fujiki Echizen-no-kami Suminao, and Nishiike Ukyo-no-gon-no-suke Sueyoshi. At this time they are in extreme difficulty. We humbly wish to petition for their pardon and would like to consult with the entire shrine. Although we feel it is presumptuous to repeatedly submit such petitions, given these circumstances, if you would graciously grant pardon through your compassionate judgment, the entire shrine community would be most grateful.
