ただし二百十五匁の小玉です。
着座は神主が常座、葵使両人は南方に北面、雑掌両人は北方に南面。さて神主から始まり保韶に差す。一つは保覚から始まり産幸に差す。保韶から保覚へ、産幸から保土へ。保覚は直に保韶へ返盞、保土は直に産幸へ返盞。保韶は保土へ差す、産幸は神主へ差す。保土は直に保韶へ返盞、神主は直に産幸へ返盞。保韶は神主へ差し、産幸は保覚へ差す。神主は会所へ差し、保覚は躬清に差す。会所・舎所脇両人が納められました。
一、今日普俊方で躬清預かりの箱を吟味しました。季脩・存顕等です。御酒三升・肴等を贈られ、今夕直に取り替え、陸奥介領の箱三箱を遣わされました。
一、千代【若】の病気のため、保土が薬を調進しました。

Now, starting from the head priest, [sake] is offered to Hoshow. One cup starting from Hokaku is offered to Sankō. From Hoshow to Hokaku, from Sankō to Hodo. Hokaku immediately returns the cup to Hoshow, Hodo immediately returns the cup to Sankō. Hoshow offers to Hodo, Sankō offers to the head priest.
