総論
古（いにしへ）の医書（いしよ）に少陰（しよういん）有余（ゆうよ）なれば皮（かは）痺（しび）れて隠軫（いんしん）を発（はつ）すといへり今（いま）考（かんが）
ふるに痘瘡発出（ほうさうをはつす）の理（り）に合（がつ）する所（ところ）あり夫（それ）痘瘡は火（ひ）に属（ぞく）して先（まつ）熱（ねつ）せ
ざれば出（いで）ず殊（こと）に外（ほか）の出瘡（てもの）とちがひて頭面（かほ）惣身（からた）に発（はつ）すといへども痛（いたみ）
