一 文化八年（1811年）八月、相模国において外様士として雇用勤務を命じられ、その地において三人扶持を支給し、費用補助として無利子借上金五両ずつを支給する旨が申し渡された件
一 同年九月、相模国外様士雇用勤務を命じられたが、以前から一宮隊居合の修行のため度々三春表に出向き許可も得て、次第にここでも門弟がいるようになった。しかし最近の稽古所では当人が不在では他に代わりを務められる者もいないと門弟たちが申し出た事情もあることから、格別の理由をもって右の雇用勤務を免除し、ここに留まって門弟たちを指導するよう申し渡された件

1. In the 8th month of Bunka 8 (1811), he was appointed to serve as a hired retainer (goyō) of external status in Sagami Province, where he was granted a stipend of three persons' worth of rice and given an interest-free loan of five ryō each as expense supplement, as officially announced.

In the 9th month of the same year, although he was appointed to serve as a hired external retainer in Sagami Province, he had previously traveled repeatedly to Miharu territory with permission to train in Ichinomiya-ryū sword techniques, and gradually acquired disciples here as well. However, since his disciples recently reported that there was no one else who could substitute for him when he was absent from the training hall, he was granted special exemption from the aforementioned hired service and was ordered to remain here to train his disciples.
