役を免じられ、後任として小原五郎右衛門組に
所属することになったこと
一 同二十年（卯年）閏三月、願い出の通り息子清太郎が
番代に命じられたこと
一 寛保二年（戌年）十二月十八日、五十歳にて
病死。法名は善安道慶居士、葬所は同上
