一 寛延二年(己巳、1749年)十二月、百姓どもの強訴の際、取り鎮めるよう仰せ付けられ、骨折りした段について御称美を下された件
一 同四年(未、1751年)七月、強訴の穿鑿が大変広範囲になった際、心力を尽くし、その他にも穿鑿があったところ、精出して取り調べたため、御褒美として銀子五枚を下置された件
一 宝暦三年(酉、1753年)正月、御国目付衆の御意向により、宗旨改めの件を精出して勤めた段について御称美を下された件
一 同年十月、先務以来引き続き精出して滞りなく勤めた

一 同八年(寅、1758年)五月、年来に及んで根気が薄くなり、物忘れ等をし、持病の痰が度々発症し、理非決断の御役場が勤め難くなったため、御役儀の御辞退を申し上げたところ、当病でもなく、特に御用の差し支えも見えないので、保養をしながら勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同年七月、高田元下社家の穿鑿について勤労したため、御褒美として晒二疋を下置された件
