今迄之通御役料五拾石被下置之旨被

一 寛延二《割書：巳｜》年十二月百／性（(姓)）共強訴之砌取鎮被
仰付骨折候段御称美被成下候事
一 同四《割書：未｜》年七月強訴穿鑿大広成義心力
を尽し右之外ニも穿鑿有之候所精出相
糺候ニ付為御褒美銀子五枚被下置候事
一 宝暦三《割書：酉｜》年正月御国目付衆御好ニ付宗旨
改之儀精出相勤候段御称美被成下候事
一 同年十月先務以来引通精出無滞相勤

一 同年七月高田元下社家穿鑿ニ付勤労
いたし候ニ付為御褒美晒弐疋被下置候事

これまで通りの御役料五十石を下賜する旨が仰せ出された件
一 寛延二年（己巳、1749年）十二月、百姓どもの強訴の際、取り鎮めるよう仰せ付けられ、骨折りした段について御称美を下された件
一 同四年（未、1751年）七月、強訴の穿鑿が大変広範囲になった際、心力を尽くし、その他にも穿鑿があったところ、精出して取り調べたため、御褒美として銀子五枚を下置された件
一 宝暦三年（酉、1753年）正月、御国目付衆の御意向により、宗旨改めの件を精出して勤めた段について御称美を下された件
一 同年十月、先務以来引き続き精出して滞りなく勤めた

ため、これまでの御役料五十石に御加増として御直接下賜された件
一 同八年（寅、1758年）五月、年来に及んで根気が薄くなり、物忘れ等をし、持病の痰が度々発症し、理非決断の御役場が勤め難くなったため、御役儀の御辞退を申し上げたところ、当病でもなく、特に御用の差し支えも見えないので、保養をしながら勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同年七月、高田元下社家の穿鑿について勤労したため、御褒美として晒二疋を下置された件
一 同年十二月、願いの通り当務を御免になり、年来

However, he was told that since it was not a serious illness and no particular hindrance to official business was observed, he should continue serving while taking care of his health
