一 同月六日御用番小笠原佐渡守《割書：長｜重》殿ゟ御呼出御留守居松原
善左衛門《割書：矩｜成》罷出候処浅草御蔵火之御番黒田伊勢守《割書：長｜清》殿与御一
所ニ御勤之処伊勢守殿御免被成候間御一人ニ而御勤被成候様

一 同月六日、御用番小笠原佐渡守長重殿からの呼び出しにより、御留守居松原善左衛門矩成が出向いたところ、浅草御蔵の火の番を黒田伊勢守長清殿と一緒に勤めていたが、伊勢守殿が免じられたため、一人で勤めるよう仰せ出された。
一 九月五日、重陽の祝儀として使者を通じて例の通り御小袖を献上した。御台様、桂昌院様へは白銀を差し上げた。
一 同月六日午後五時過ぎ、中堂への御供の節の祝儀として登城し、既に待合で待機していた。公方様の御清相が済んだとの知らせを聞き、玄関まで上がったところ、御徒目付が出てきて「只今数寄屋橋辺で出火したため登城を中止し、明日登城するように」と申し上げたため、下城した。
一 同日、右の件により御帰殿されたところ、南風が強く大火となったため、浅草御蔵の持ち場へ出馬し、夜に入って鎮火した後に引き取られた。この旨を御留守居を通じて御用番戸田山城守忠昌殿へ報告した。
一 同日、右の火事により鳥越御屋敷が類焼したため、綱昌様、清姫様、豊姫様が谷中南泉寺へ避難された。これに関して
