罷出候處古ゟ有来候国絵面今度改り申ニ付委細ニ相調指出
候様被 仰出候間越前一国之絵面御家ゟ被指出候様被申渡之
一 同月十一日御側後用人江御出御購談御拝聴之御願被仰入
一 同月十三備中守《割書：直｜堅》様御遺跡《割書：一万｜俵》無御相違御嫡岩次郎《割書：直｜和》様江

勅命を奉じて宣す。件の人をして左近衛権少将に任ぜしむべし者なり。

元禄九年十二月五日大外記兼掃部頭造酒正中原朝臣師庸
右の件が済んだため、お礼として老中・御側御用人・若年寄中へご挨拶に回られ、追って京都所司代へお礼の書状を送られた。
一、同日、京都所司代小笠原佐渡守長重殿からの返書が、御用番土屋相模守政真殿へ、御留守居松原善左衛門矩成を通じて提出された。
一、二月二十八日
監物様がご病気のため登城をお断りされた。
一、同月晦日、登城され、女御のご入内が済んだ（去る二十五日）ことについてお祝いを申し上げられた。
一、閏二月朔日、右同様のため京都所司代小笠原佐渡守長重殿へ書状を送られた。
一、同月四日、大目付中から申し入れがあり、評定所へ御留守居松原善左衛門矩成が出頭したところ、古来からある国絵図を今度改めることになったため、詳細に調製して提出するよう仰せ出されたので、越前一国の絵図をお家から提出するよう申し渡された。
一、同月十一日、御側御用人へ出向かれ、御購談御拝聴の御願いを申し入れられた。
一、同月十三日、備中守直堅様の御遺跡（一万俵）を相違なく嫡子岩次郎直和様へ

"By imperial command, it is declared: The said person shall be appointed as Sakon'e no Gon-Shōshō (Assistant Minor Captain of the Left Palace Guards)."

Having completed the above matter, [Lord Yoshishina] made courtesy calls to the Rōjū (Senior Councilors), Goyō-nin (Chamberlains), and Wakadoshiyori (Junior Councilors) to express gratitude, and subsequently sent a letter of thanks to the Kyoto Shoshidai.
1. On the same day, a reply letter from Kyoto Shoshidai Ogasawara Sado-no-Kami Nagashige was submitted to the duty Rōjū Tsuchiya Sagami-no-Kami Masazane through the Rusuii (Edo representative) Matsubara Zenzaemon Norinari.

Lord Kenmotsu excused himself from attending court due to illness.
1. Last day of the same month: Attended court and congratulated [the Shogun] on the completion of the Nyōgo's (Imperial Consort's) entry into the palace (on the 25th of last month).
1. 1st day of intercalary 2nd month: For the same reason as above, sent a letter to Kyoto Shoshidai Ogasawara Sado-no-Kami Nagashige.
1. 4th day of the same month: The Ōmetsuke (Inspector General) sent word, and when Rusuii Matsubara Zenzaemon Norinari appeared at the Hyōjōsho (Council Chamber), he was ordered that since the traditional provincial maps were to be revised, detailed maps should be prepared and submitted. Accordingly, he was instructed to have the domain submit maps of the entire province of Echizen.
1. 11th day of the same month: Visited the Goyō-nin and requested an audience for consultation.
1. 13th day of the same month: [Confirmed that] Bitchū-no-Kami Naotaka's domain (10,000 hyō) would be inherited without change by his heir, Iwajirō Naokazu.
