現代語訳
一、同九卯年（宝暦九年・1759年）十二月、御普請奉行仮役を仰せ付けられた。
一、同十一巳年（宝暦十一年・1761年）三月、一人役で昼夜繁多なところを精を出して勤めたことにより、麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた。
一、同十四丑年（宝暦十四年・1764年）正月、精を出して勤めたことにより、これまでの御役料五十石を御加増の上、直接下し置かれた。
一、同年十二月、大御納戸蔵の紛失物の穿鑿を仰せ付けられ、御道具改め等に勤労したことにより、銀子二枚を下し置かれた。
一、明和三戌年（1766年）十二月、坂亘理の弟・多膳の婿養子にしたい旨、願いの通り許可された。
一、同四亥年（1767年）三月、芝御屋敷の総計の締まりが年来おろそかな勤め方であったとして、御役義を召し上げられ、会津勝手外様組付を仰せ付けられ、日向三郎右衛門の組に入った。
一、同年四月、郎等を引き連れて会津へ下り、御城御番を相勤めた。

One: In the twelfth month of the same ninth year of the Kan/Hōreki era, Year of the Rabbit (Hōreki 9, 1759), he was appointed to the provisional post of construction magistrate (*go-fushin bugyō kari-yaku*).
One: In the third month of the same eleventh year, Year of the Snake (Hōreki 11, 1761), as he had served diligently day and night despite an extremely busy workload as a single-person post, he was granted one set of formal hemp ceremonial garments (*asa no o-kamishimo*).
One: In the first month of the same fourteenth year, Year of the Ox (Hōreki 14 / Meiwa 1, 1764), in recognition of his diligent service, his existing stipend of fifty *koku* was increased, and he received the grant directly from above.
One: In the twelfth month of the same year, he was ordered to investigate missing items from the great treasury storehouse (*ō-o-nando kura*), and in recognition of his labors in inspecting the domain's implements and utensils, he was granted two pieces of silver (*ginsu nikai*).
One: In the twelfth month of Meiwa 3, Year of the Dog (1766), his request to have Tazen, the younger brother of Saka Watari, become his son-in-law through adoption, was granted as petitioned.
One: In the third month of the same fourth year, Year of the Boar (Meiwa 4, 1767), as the accounting management of the Shiba estate had long been carried out negligently, he was relieved of his official duties and assigned to the Aizu *katte-tozama* group, entering the unit of Hyūga Saburōemon.
