現代語訳
一、同六巳年（文政九年、1826年）二月、神山勘大夫の後任として御目付仮役を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年三月、御広間番ならびに諸々の勤務について、去る寅年（文政五年）より去る辰年（文政七年）まで三ヶ年にわたり皆勤したことにより、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた。
一、同七午年（文政十年、1827年）二月、清戸番を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年四月十五日、四十八歳にて病死。法名は性善院一方道貫居士。葬所は前記と同じ。

女（娘） 養子東太郎直方の妻となる。
母方祖父は伊右衛門直良の娘（より生まれた）。
女（娘） 三宅郡吾重定の妻となる（後に離別）。
その後、遠藤利右衛門道家の妻となる（松平越中守様御家来）。
母は同上。
英語訳
- In the second month of the sixth year of the Snake (Bunsei 9, 1826), he was provisionally appointed as Ometsuke (inspector/censor) to succeed Kamiyama Kandayū.
- In the third month of the same year, in recognition of his perfect attendance record in his duties as Ohiroma-ban (Great Hall Guard) and various other posts over a period of three years, from the Year of the Tiger (Bunsei 5) through the Year of the Dragon (Bunsei 7), he was awarded two silver coins as a mark of commendation.
- In the second month of the seventh year of the Horse (Bunsei 10, 1827), he was appointed to the post of Kiyoto-ban (Kiyoto Guard duty).
- On the fifteenth day of the fourth month of the same year, he died of illness at the age of forty-eight. His posthumous Buddhist name was Shōzen-in Ippō Dōkan Koji. His place of burial is the same as stated previously.
[Children and Adopted Heirs]
Daughter — Became the wife of the adopted son Tōtarō Naomichi.
Her maternal grandfather was a daughter of Iemon Naoyoshi.
Daughter — Became the wife of Miyake Gunjūshige (later divorced).
Subsequently became the wife of Endō Riuemon Michika (a retainer of Lord Matsudaira Etchū-no-kami).
Her mother is the same as stated above.
