衛門組にて御城御番を勤めた件。
一、同（享保）十五戌年（1730）四月、御供勤番として（江戸へ）参上し、御道中の御供番仮役を勤め、同年十月に帰国した。
ただし、江戸表において御道中に一度も欠けることなく勤めたことにより、御賞美を賜った件。
一、同（享保）十八丑年（1733）正月、頭（組頭）の小原常右衛門の組替えを仰せ付けられたことにより、その後、御役は田中加兵衛組に移ることになった件。
一、同年二月、御城御番を怠りなく勤めたとのお言葉を賜った件。
一、寛保元酉年（1741）七月、御代官兼務を仰せ付けられた件。
一、同（寛保）二戌年（1742）六月、勘定・差引の筋（財務処理）をうまく処理できず、御代官役を勤めることが難しいと申し上げたところ、願いの通り御代官を御免になった件。
一、同（寛保）三亥年（1743）十二月、土常様（松平容貞公）へ、樋口丹左衛門が御射芸を披露・申し上げる際に、御書物を書き認めて差し上げるよう御用人を通じて仰せ付けられ、七巻を書き認めて差し上げた件。

One item: In the 4th month of the 15th year of Kyōhō (1730), the year of the Dog, he was dispatched to Edo as an escort guard (otomo kinban), serving in the temporary role of escort attendant along the road, and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
Note: He was commended for having fulfilled his duties without a single absence throughout the journey and during his time in Edo.
One item: In the 1st month of the 18th year of Kyōhō (1733), the year of the Ox, following the reassignment of his unit commander Obara Tsuneuemon, he was subsequently transferred to the unit under Tanaka Kahyōe.
One item: In the 2nd month of the same year, he received a commendation for serving his castle guard duties without negligence.
One item: In the 7th month of the 1st year of Kanpō (1741), the year of the Rooster, he was additionally appointed as a district magistrate (daikan).
One item: In the 6th month of the 2nd year of Kanpō (1742), the year of the Dog, he reported that he was unable to properly handle the financial accounting duties and found it difficult to continue as district magistrate; his request to be relieved of the position was granted.
One item: In the 12th month of the 3rd year of Kanpō (1743), the year of the Boar, when Higuchi Tanzaemon was to present archery arts to Lord Tsuchitoko-sama (Matsudaira Katasada), he was ordered through the lord's chamberlain (goyōnin) to prepare and submit written records, and he duly composed and submitted seven volumes.
