ならば三方（さんほう）の戸（と）を開（ひら）き大（おゝい）に暑（あつ）しと思（おも）はゞ四方（しほう）皆（みな）開（ひら）き高窓（たかまど）など明（あけ）て涼（すゞ）

蚕風を嫌う事
大いに暖かくなる日は四方開け広げ風を入れるといえども、蚕に直接に風の触らぬようにすべし。寒暖計を見合わせ戸締りの加減すべきこと第一なり。
元より蚕は暗き所を好む陰虫なり。戸を開けば蚕の居る所は暗くなるようにして遠きより風回り入るようにすべし。別して幼飼いの時、板の間にして養うこと甚だ悪し。板の湿り蚕に障り、居場にカビなど出来ることあり。筵様の物にても敷くべし。

家内陽気加減の事
蚕出でなば常に我が家の順気を考え、我が身の時服、袷又は単衣にてもよき程にすべし。北風にて寒しと思わば戸回りを差すべし。南風にて暖かならば三方の戸を開き、大いに暑しと思わば四方皆開き高窓など開けて涼しき風をも入るべし。すべて諸国蚕出づる時節は春八十八夜頃にて、高山には少し雪も残り、又蚕蟄く時分は五月中の前後なり。夏気になり人の衣類も一つは違うべし。ここの順気を考え我が家の陽気をよく覚え養育すべし。家の内の寒暖を調えるを陽気を執るというなり。又他所に戸を閉づるを見て手前の戸を閉づべからず。他所に戸を開くるを見て手前の戸を開くべからず。陽気は家々にて違うべし。ただ手前の陽気をよく覚えて
